Art, Intuition & Creative Unknowns
The Heartstone Mystery School, presented by the Wildcraft Forest, explores the territory where art, imagination, intuition and ancient wisdom meet. These programs are designed for people who want to move beyond conventional approaches to creativity and discover what can emerge when the artist becomes more receptive to the creative process.
Each program is available as a Five-Session Creative Journey or an Online Mystery School Camp.
Psychic Painting
Painting Beyond the Conscious Plan
Psychic Painting invites participants to explore painting as a process of discovery rather than simply a process of representation. Instead of beginning with a predetermined image, participants learn to quiet the analytical mind, develop intuitive awareness and allow colour, gesture, form and symbolism to emerge through the act of painting.
Drawing inspiration from visionary art, dream imagery, sacred symbolism and contemplative traditions, the program introduces practical methods for entering a more receptive creative state. Demonstrations, guided exercises and individual coaching are combined with extended studio time so that participants can discover their own intuitive language.
The work may begin with a colour, a sensation, a memory, an image or simply a mark on the page. From there, the painting develops through a conversation between the artist and the emerging image. Participants are encouraged to resist the urge to decide too quickly what the painting is supposed to become.
The finished work becomes an opportunity for reflection. Participants explore the symbols, colours, forms and unexpected elements that appeared during the process and consider what they might reveal about their creative imagination.
Psychic Painting is suitable for experienced artists as well as people who have never considered themselves painters. The emphasis is not technical perfection. It is the discovery of what happens when you allow the painting to lead.

A live online introduction to intuitive painting with demonstrations, guided exercises, creative assignments and group coaching. Participants create their own work from home while exploring the Heartstone approach to painting and creative intuition.
Psychic Sculpture
Giving Form to the Invisible
Psychic Sculpture explores what happens when intuition is expressed through three-dimensional form. Working with clay, wood, stone or other materials, participants learn to approach sculpture not simply as something they design, but as something they gradually discover.
Ancient cultures often created figures, guardians, animals, ceremonial objects and symbolic forms as expressions of their relationship with the unseen world. Heartstone revisits this idea through a contemporary creative practice, asking participants to explore what might emerge when the hands are given greater freedom to respond to material.
Through demonstrations and guided exercises, participants experiment with touch, shape, texture, balance and negative space. Rather than beginning with a finished idea, they may begin with a piece of material and allow its qualities to influence the direction of the work.
The forest provides an additional source of inspiration. Participants can observe roots, stones, branches, animal forms and natural structures before returning to their creative work. The landscape becomes a vocabulary of shapes and relationships.
Psychic Sculpture is ultimately an exploration of the relationship between material, imagination and intuition. It asks a simple but powerful question:

Psychic Clay
Listening Through the Hands
Clay has an ancient relationship with human imagination. For thousands of years, people have used it to create vessels, figures, masks, animals and sacred objects. Psychic Clay returns to this elemental material and explores what happens when the hands become the primary instrument of creative discovery.
Participants are introduced to exercises that encourage tactile awareness and reduce the tendency to over-plan. Through touch, pressure, movement and repetition, the clay becomes a conversation between the hands and the imagination.
Some exercises may begin without looking directly at the material. Others may involve creating a form from a memory, sensation, dream or intuitive impression. The objective is not necessarily to create a recognizable object, but to discover what happens when the material is allowed to participate in the creative process.
As the work develops, participants learn to observe their own reactions. When does the analytical mind take over? When does a shape suddenly feel meaningful? When does an accidental mark or form become the most interesting part of the piece?
Psychic Clay provides a particularly intimate introduction to Heartstone's approach because clay responds immediately to touch. It becomes a way of exploring memory, imagination and intuition through the body as well as the mind.

Content Creation by Remote Viewing
Seeing Without Being Told
Content Creation by Remote Viewing explores the relationship between perception, intuition, imagination and storytelling. Participants are presented with a hidden subject—a photograph, landscape, object, location or event—and invited to record their impressions before being told what they are observing.
The purpose is not simply to determine whether someone can identify a hidden subject. Heartstone uses the exercise as a creative practice.
The colour might become the beginning of a painting. A landscape impression might become a fictional setting. An unfamiliar object could become an artifact in a story. A sensation or fragment of imagery might provide the opening scene for a film.
The process draws upon the ancient relationship between creativity, symbolism, dreams and intuitive perception while giving participants a contemporary framework for experimentation. The emphasis is on curiosity, documentation and creative transformation rather than proving any particular explanation for the experience.
The program can be especially powerful for writers and content creators who sometimes find themselves facing the blank page. Rather than inventing something from nothing, participants learn to begin with an impression and follow the thread.

Your Space as a Biofield
Reading the Energy of Home, Work and Living Space
We spend much of our lives inside rooms, houses, studios, offices and other constructed environments, yet we rarely stop to consider how deeply these spaces influence the way we feel, think, create and relate to one another.
Heartstone's Your Space as a Biofield explores the possibility that a room is more than its walls and furnishings. It is an environment of light, sound, movement, memory, objects, materials, patterns and human activity that continually interacts with the people who inhabit it.
Across ancient cultures, the arrangement of space was rarely considered arbitrary. Traditions of sacred architecture, geomancy, Feng Shui, Vastu and other forms of place-based wisdom developed ways of understanding orientation, thresholds, centres, entrances, gathering places and the relationship between human habitation and the natural world. Heartstone brings these traditions into a contemporary creative inquiry.
Participants learn to look at their homes and personal spaces differently. Rather than beginning with decoration or interior design, they begin with observation. Where does energy seem to collect? Where does a room feel welcoming, active, quiet or uncomfortable? Where does natural light enter? How does sound move through the space? What objects dominate attention? Where do people naturally gather, and where do they avoid?
The program introduces the idea of the personal biofield of a space as a way of thinking about the total atmosphere created by the relationship between people, objects, architecture and environment. Participants explore how colour, texture, natural materials, plants, artwork, personal possessions, light, scent, sound and spatial arrangement contribute to that experience.
There is also an important psychological dimension. A room can carry memories. An object can evoke a person who is no longer present. A particular chair can become associated with reading, grief, creativity or conversation. A doorway can represent arrival or departure. A neglected corner can gradually become a place of avoidance. In this sense, our spaces accumulate stories.
Heartstone invites participants to become field observers of their own environments.
Through guided exercises, participants may map their home, create an energy or atmosphere journal, photograph significant areas, identify personal “power places” and explore how their perception changes when furniture, objects or patterns are altered. They can experiment with creating spaces for creativity, contemplation, conversation, rest, ritual or renewal.
The program can also explore the idea of the home as a living mandala. Instead of seeing rooms as isolated functional units, participants can examine relationships between entrance, centre, private space, communal space, work space and outdoor environment. The objective is not to impose a universal system but to help each participant discover the particular language of their own space.
For artists and creative people, this can become a powerful studio practice. For families, it can open conversations about how different people experience the same rooms differently. For people working from home, it can provide a framework for examining how workspace affects attention and creativity. For those creating retreat spaces, studios, cabins or alternative living environments, the program can become a much deeper exploration of place-making.
The Mystery School element emerges through the practice of seeing the familiar as though it were unfamiliar. Participants are encouraged to temporarily set aside assumptions about their homes and approach them as explorers might approach an ancient dwelling discovered for the first time. What does the entrance communicate? What does the centre represent? Where would someone naturally sit? What does the room invite? What does it discourage?
Ultimately, Your Space as a Biofield is an exploration of the relationship between human beings and the environments they create around themselves. It asks whether changing a space can change our experience of ourselves within it—and whether learning to read our surroundings more carefully can reveal something about the people who inhabit them.

Through guided exercises, photographs, floor plans, observation practices and group discussion, participants learn to see familiar spaces through a new lens and experiment with creating environments that support creativity, connection, contemplation and renewal.
